Join a Leading Independent Project Management Consultancy that has built an outstanding reputation over the past 20 years delivering high-quality projects across London's commercial property market. Working predominantly with landlords, investors and asset managers, the business enjoys a significant amount of repeat work and has developed long-standing relationships with many of the capital's leading property owners.

Their core expertise lies in commercial office refurbishment, repositioning and cut & carve developments, while they also deliver projects across the hotel, retail and infrastructure sectors.

The Opportunity. This is a genuine client-facing role where candidates will be exposed to clients, pitches and business development much earlier than they would be in a larger consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial refurbishment, repositioning and cut & carve projects from inception through to completion.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage programmes, budgets, risks and project reporting.
• Support procurement and contract administration activities.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years' consultancy-side Project Management experience
• Relevant construction/property degree
• Experience delivering commercial projects
• Understanding of project delivery across RIBA stages
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• APC progression or recently chartered
• Contract Administration exposure
