An established M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee delivery of electrical packages on commercial projects across London.
This is a key site-based leadership role, offering a clear progression route into Electrical Project Manager positions for the right individual.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing the on-site electrical construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team, you will drive programme performance and maintain strong coordination with the main contractor and wider site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electrical installation works on site
• Manage site supervisors, subcontractors, and direct labour
• Coordinate with main contractors and other trades to maintain programme
• Monitor progress and report against key milestones
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures
