Vextrix is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead pre- and post-contract commercial management on major rail, highways or civils projects. The role is based at our London office with around 50% on-site work in the St Albans area during the first two years, and involves NEC3/NEC4 contract administration and on-site oversight.
You will manage budgets, prepare forecasts, and provide commercial guidance, while mentoring junior surveyors and coordinating with the NEC Project Management Team.
