This is to join a leading Prime Residential contractor delivering some of the most high-end refurb schemes across London - and they’re looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of flagship projects.

🔨 The Projects

• £10m+ Super Prime residential refurbishments

• Prime Central London locations

• Full strip-outs, structural alterations & rebuilds

• Complex sequencing and high-spec finishes throughout

• Direct delivery for UHNW private clients

These are not volume builds - these are bespoke, detail-driven homes built to exceptional standards.

🧱 The Role

• Full ownership of project delivery from start to completion

• Managing programme, sequencing, and site operations

• Leading high-end subcontractors and specialist trades

• Direct interaction with UHNW clients and their teams

• Driving quality control at true Super Prime level

• Reporting into senior leadership within a well-structured business

This is a hands-on leadership role - not one where you sit behind a desk.

💼 What You’ll Need

• Proven experience delivering Prime / Super Prime residential projects

• Strong client-facing ability - confident with UHNW clients

• Deep understanding of high-spec finishes and detailing

• Experience managing complex refurbishments and structural works

• Background with reputable Prime Residential contractors

You need to be comfortable operating in an environment where expectations are high - and standards are even higher.
