I’m working with a £40m+ Super Prime Residential contractor delivering some of the most impressive private homes in London, with a strong pipeline of secured projects across Prime Central London.

They’re looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of £6m–£10m full refurbishments, working on single dwellings for UHNW and celebrity clients. These are serious projects, with heavy structural alterations, retained facades, listed buildings, basement digs with indoor pools, home cinemas, private gyms, top-class AV, bespoke joinery and stonework all wrapped into one luxury home.

You’ll be running two projects at a time, reporting into a Director as part of one of the strongest teams in the Prime Residential market. You’ll be client-facing, commercially aware and expected to drive the programme, quality and delivery from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking full ownership of £6m–£10m Super Prime residential projects from start to completion
• Managing programme, sequencing and day-to-day site operations
• Leading high-end subcontractors and specialist trades across complex refurbishment projects
• Dealing directly with UHNW clients and their wider project teams
• Driving quality control and attention to detail at true Super Prime level
• Managing complex structural works, bespoke packages and high-spec finishes
• Reporting into a Director within a well-structured and highly respected business

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering Prime or Super Prime residential projects
• Strong client-facing ability and confidence dealing with UHNW clients
• Deep understanding of high-spec finishes, detailing and bespoke construction
• Experience managing complex refurbishments and major structural works
• Track record with reputable Prime Residential contractors
• Able to take full ownership of programme, delivery and quality
