This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation operating at the forefront of the data centre sector, working alongside experienced engineering professionals on high-profile, technically complex projects and playing a key role in their continued growth.

We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the London team.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the successful delivery of complex projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex data centre projects.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate design, engineering, procurement and construction activities.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality and overall performance.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and change.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality requirements.
• Support commissioning, completion and final handover.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within engineering, construction, MEP or a related environment.
• Previous data centre or mission-critical experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, programming and commercial management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities within a demanding project environment.
• A relevant engineering, construction or project management qualification.
