Role Description The Project Manager role at Arte Construction is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Project Manager will oversee cladding, façade remediation, refurbishment, and new build projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and suppliers, supervising site activities, and monitoring progress against milestones.
The role involves managing procurement and logistics, reviewing inspections and compliance documentation, maintaining accurate project records, and preparing regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients. The Project Manager will also work closely with design teams, client representatives, and site staff to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and support a safe, efficient working environment.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, approvals, and critical project items.
- Knowledge of logistics management for construction projects, including coordination of supply chains and site deliveries.
- Familiarity with inspection processes, quality control, and compliance with building regulations and fire safety standards.
- Proven experience managing construction or façade remediation projects, ideally within the UK market.
- Ability to work effectively on-site, lead multidisciplinary teams, and build collaborative relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; experience with construction management software is an advantage.
- Relevant professional qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field; chartership or equivalent accreditation is beneficial.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and willingness to be based on-site in the London Area.
