Location: City Of London
Randstad CPE is seeking a hands-on Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the pre-construction commercial phase for a flagship £75m project in Holborn. You will drive procurement, cost reporting, and budget controls ahead of main site operations.
The role requires experience with Tier-1 contractors, strong CVR skills, and a London-based on-site presence for the pre-con phase. Immediate start available with a path to permanent leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
