Job description
This fire alarm installation company are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team covering large scale fire alarm systems. This is a permanent position covering the London and Southeast of England with a salary of up to (circa) £70,000, plus benefits package.
Requirements- Excellent knowledge of NEC3 contracts
- Dispute resolution
- A good understanding of project risk and costing processes
- Contractual and commercial awareness
- Experience working in the fire alarm, BMS, M&E or MEP arenas
