As a Senior Project Manager through to Director, you’ll be responsible for delivering projects autonomously, building strong client relationships and taking ownership of project outcomes from inception through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager who has already demonstrated the ability to deliver projects independently and is looking to progress towards senior leadership.

• Deliver projects autonomously, with a minimum of 2 years’ independent project delivery experience
• Manage commercial fit-out, hospitality/leisure fit-out and retrofit projects
• Lead project programmes, resources, risks, quality and project controls
• Manage procurement, design and construction activities
• Undertake JCT Contract Administration
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Work closely with Cost Managers to achieve the best commercial outcomes
• Manage project documentation, reporting and governance
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development, fee proposals and recruitment
• Develop and maintain a strong professional and client network

• Experienced Senior Project Manager through to Director level
• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering projects autonomously
• Strong experience in commercial fit-out, hospitality/leisure fit-out and/or retrofit
  
  Proven JCT Contract Administration experience
• MRICS preferred, or a clear desire to achieve MRICS
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent project leadership and communication skills
• Commercially aware with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ambitious, motivated and interested in progressing into senior leadership
