As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of our mission to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions that make a real difference. You'll lead projects, mentor junior colleagues, and build lasting client relationships—all while contributing to the strategic growth of our dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and deliver exceptional building surveying services across diverse projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities.
  • Mentor graduate surveyors and support team development.
  • Prepare and submit tender submissions with strategic insight.
  • Collaborate with Partners on project planning, reporting, and fee updates.
  • Drive team profitability and cross-disciplinary referrals.
  • Review your workload and performance regularly, ensuring high-quality output and identify areas for improvment.
  • Undertake CPD to stay at the forefront of best practice.
  • Uphold compliance with our document managment sytem, company policies and industry acreditations.

What We're Looking For:

  • MRICS status with at least 3years post-qualification experience.
  • A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • A proactive, commercially minded professional with a passion for the built environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Access to a vehicle and a clean driving licence.
