Wet Room Contracts Manager

Location: London
Salary: 50k to 65k + package
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced and driven Wet Room Contracts Manager to join our growing team and oversee the successful delivery of wet room and bathroom refurbishment projects from initial planning through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Contracts Manager with strong knowledge of wet room installation, refurbishment, and construction who can manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality, programme, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage wet room and bathroom refurbishment contracts from start to completion.
  • Plan and coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors, and site activities.
  • Liaise with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project programmes, costs, quality, and health & safety.
  • Carry out regular site visits and ensure works are completed to specification.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure workmanship meets company standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Complete project documentation, progress reports, and handover requirements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or Site Manager within wet rooms, bathrooms, refurbishment, or construction.
  • Strong understanding of wet room installation and associated building works.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read drawings, specifications, and programmes.
  • A proactive, professional, and problem-solving approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
