I’m working with a fast-growing D&B fit-out business in the City, turning over £60m and delivering standout Cat A and Cat B office projects from £2m up to £5m.

They’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the reins on projects at the top end of their range, running delivery from pre-con handover through to completion. You’ll be client-facing, commercially switched on, and confident leading site teams and subcontractors on schemes that carry real weight.

This is an owner-led business that’s genuinely on the up, with stunning City offices, an office dog, and a pipeline of projects most PMs would jump at the chance to run.

• Running £2m-£5m Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects from handover to completion
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Overseeing programme, quality, H&S, and commercial performance
• Reporting into a Director with clear ownership of your projects

• 1% of GP on top of a strong base salary
