With a turnover of over £50 million, one of Uk's Main Contractors are seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience within JCT D&B Refurbishment &Fit out
- Monthly review of profit reports to ascertain project cost position
- Preparation of monthly valuations both client side and the supply chain
- Negotiation and procurement of sub-contractor packages
- Preparation of pre-tender profit plan
- Management of cost changes throughout project
- Preparation of cashflow forecasts
- Assist with Agreement of final accounts both upstream & downstream
- Assist with Preparation of main contract documentation, collateral warranties, and consultant appointment
Ideal candidate must be immediately available, or a month's notice must be able to travel into central and have previous experience working with Tier 1 Main Contractors with JCT D&B ON projects over £10 million
