Project Manager, Project & Program Management

We are looking for a high-calibre Project Manager to lead the delivery of a circa £4m fast-track commercial fit-out across two newly built floors, recently added to an existing seven-storey building. There is also potential to oversee a second project of similar value.

This is a design-led, technically demanding project with significant M&E/building services coordination and high-end finishes, all to be delivered within a challenging programme through to mid-April.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for:

• Driving the design and procurement process in line with the construction programme
• Managing and coordinating M&E/building services, architectural packages and high-end finishes
• Driving subcontractor performance and maintaining programme
• Managing quality, progress, commissioning and handover
• Identifying and resolving design and coordination issues quickly
• Managing the client relationship and working effectively with client-side consultants and the wider design team
• Leading project, design and subcontractor meetings and ensuring actions are closed out

We need a strong, proactive and delivery-focused PM who can take ownership, make decisions and drive both the design team and supply chain.

Candidates should have a proven track record delivering £4m+ fast-track commercial fit-out projects, with strong experience in high-end finishes, complex M&E/services coordination and working within existing buildings.
