Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

Location: City of Westminster

A Project Manager is required in Westminster, London to identify and deliver mechanical and electrical projects across a multi-site estate. You'll take full ownership of small and medium project works, from initial opportunity and feasibility through to tendering, delivery and commercial close-out.

Working with stakeholders, designers and subcontractors, you'll manage project scope, budgets, risk and site delivery while developing a pipeline of future project opportunities.

The Role
 
As the Project Manager, you'll:
 
Identify and develop M&E project opportunities across a portfolio of maintenance contracts.
Work with stakeholders and designers to define scope, feasibility and project requirements.
Prepare tenders and analyse subcontractor returns against budgets and required profit margins.
Manage projects end to end, including estimating, subcontractors and site operations.
Manage statutory and commercial risks while following CDM and QHSE requirements.
Agree payment schedules and applications while maintaining accurate commercial and project records.
Develop a pipeline of short, medium and long-term project opportunities across the estate.  About You
 
To be successful as the Project Manager, you'll have:
 
Experience delivering mechanical and electrical projects within a facilities or building services environment.
Strong end-to-end project management and subcontractor management capability.
Commercial awareness covering estimating, tenders, budgets and project margins.
Knowledge of CDM requirements and managing statutory and commercial project risks.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise on project feasibility and scope.
The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.  What's in it for You?
