Senior Project Manager

London | Competitive Salary + Package

I'm looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a successful and growing construction consultancy in London.

This is an opportunity for someone who has built up a strong track record across a variety of sectors, including commercial and mixed-use developments
, and enjoys taking ownership of projects, working closely with clients and being involved from the early stages right through to delivery.

The consultancy has a varied pipeline of work, so this isn't a role where you'll be limited to one type of project. You'll have the opportunity to work with different clients, tackle complex schemes and continue building a broad and impressive project portfolio.

As Senior Project Manager, you'll take a leading role in the successful delivery of projects, including:

• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Leading and coordinating consultant and contractor teams
• Managing programmes, budgets, risk and project reporting
• Overseeing procurement and delivery strategies
• Chairing project meetings and driving actions forward
• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Identifying issues early and ensuring projects remain on track
• Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team

You’ll ideally bring:

• Strong experience within a construction consultancy environment
• A track record delivering projects across a variety of sectors
• Experience with in commercial and mixed-use developments
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence managing multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong understanding of the full development and construction lifecycle
• A relevant construction/property qualification
• MRICS, MAPM or similar would be beneficial but isn’t essential
