A Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager is sought by a client in Birmingham to lead rail project commercial activities, supervising a small team of QS and coordinating with the supply chain.
You will apply NEC3/NEC4 contracts, manage pre- and post- contract duties, provide independent cost assessments, and report to Head of Commercial.
The role offers £80,000–£85,000 with strong benefits including pension, RICS fees, and gym membership.
