Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering / Water Infrastructure

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading civil engineering contractor based in London, working across a major Civils scheme.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor with a strong pipeline of long-term work and opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the commercial aspects of civil engineering projects.
- Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
- Prepare monthly CVRs, cost forecasts and financial reports.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations and payments.
- Identify and manage variations, early warnings and compensation events.
- Prepare applications for payment and negotiate final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets, costs and commercial risks.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams.
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
- Experience managing subcontractor accounts and CVRs.
- Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Experience working for a main contractor or civil engineering subcontractor preferred.
