Major Energy Infrastructure Scheme

You will play a key role in the commercial delivery of a major infrastructure scheme, ensuring strong commercial governance and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Commercial reporting and forecasting
• Preparation of applications for payment and valuations
• Administration of subcontractor and supplier accounts
• Procurement and supply chain management
• NEC contract administration
• Compensation Event management
• Commercial risk and opportunity management
• Agreement of final accounts
• Cost control and financial reporting
• Supporting operational teams with commercial matters

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Strong NEC contract knowledge
• Civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, energy or major construction project experience
• Excellent commercial and contractual skills
• HND, Degree or equivalent qualification
• Ambition to progress within a growing infrastructure business
