Technical Surveyor (Roofing/Cladding) Wolverhampton £45,000 to £55,000  Car Allowance  Bonus  Pension  33 Days Holiday  Training  Progression Are you a Technical Surveyor with experience in metal roofing or cladding looking to join a well-established and growing construction business where you will play a key role in surveying projects, coordinating technical drawings and managing materials procurement, with great opportunities for progression? This role would suit a Technical Surveyor or similar with experience in metal roofing, cladding or the wider construction envelope sector and the ability to manage multiple projects, who is looking for a varied, hands-on role with opportunities for training and progression. In this role, the successful candidate will carry out detailed roof surveys, translate measurements into technical designs, coordinate construction drawings with the Draughtsman, prepare materials schedules, obtain supplier quotations and manage orders to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.

The Role:

Carrying out measured roof surveys on new-build, refurbishment and re-roofing projects Producing technical system layouts, panel schedules and materials take-offs Coordinating construction drawings and checking technical details before issue Managing materials procurement, supplier quotations and delivery schedules Travelling to project sites across the UK

The Person :
Technical Surveyor with experience in metal roofing, cladding or a similar construction sector Previous experience carrying out site surveys and coordinating technical drawings Experience preparing materials schedules and managing procurement Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to sites Reference Number: BBBH
