About youWe’re looking for a fast‑learning, highly creative Junior Pastry Chef to lead and inspire the pastry team from production to exquisite presentation. You will mentor your team through leading by example, a hands‑on approach, ultimately creating synergy that enhances the department and guest experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of similar pastry production experience.
- Post‑secondary diploma or degree a plus.
- Expertise in pastry production, strong leadership, and proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
