Overview

Multi-Story Orchestra seeks an inspiring Artistic Director to lead its next chapter of youth-led music-making across soul, R&B, classical, and choral genres. This permanent, part-time (0.8 FTE) position offers a salary of £47,000 pro rata (£37,600 for a 32-hour week), with hybrid working based in Brixton, London. Working alongside the Executive Director and Board, you’ll shape the organisation’s creative vision, nurture partnerships, and guide artists to create inclusive, high-impact work.

The ideal candidate will champion collaboration, innovation, and equity in the arts, empowering young people to drive bold, relevant, and socially engaged musical projects of exceptional quality.
