Junior Designer - Digital

The Junior Digital Designer will be responsible for the creation and delivery of digital assets across the desktop and mobile site, marketing emails and social channels. They will also support the Digital Designers on creating artwork for the New Look Editorial feed and concepting new layouts and designs to keep the platform relevant and inspirational. • Be creative and confident while working within a fast-paced environment and be reactive to the workload as the needs of the business change.
• Have a strong eye for detail and innovation, allowing you to push design boundaries and challenge the norm.
• Explore a range of ideas and have a good understanding of homepage and CRM before demonstrating a design decision through all given projects.
• Design marketing emails, editorial articles, update site furniture, and work on weekly homepage updates (UK & International markets) while assisting the team with general ad hoc duties.
• Maintain a can‑do positive attitude, follow the briefs set by the wider team, and manage your time to ensure all deadlines are consistently met.
• Understand and apply seasonal brand handwriting, tone of voice, and style guide to all seasonal artworks.

• Minimum one (1) year of Digital Design industry experience, preferably within fashion and e‑commerce.
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• After Effects (desirable).
• Sketch / Figma (desirable).

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic about learning and developing design skills.
• Attention to detail and a creative eye.
• Forward‑thinking and innovative approach to design projects.
• Good communication skills and confidence to show initiative.
• Ability to prioritise, multi‑task, and manage projects.
• Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work at pace.
