We are building our Talent Pool for experienced Line Producers and Production Executives to support our current and upcoming projects.

As a senior production leader at Box to Box, you will be key to delivering ambitious, high-end unscripted TV productions. Working closely with Heads of Department, you will oversee budgets and schedules, manage production teams and contributors, and ensure all logistical, legal, and compliance requirements are met across the life of a production.

You will be expected to bring strategic oversight, sound judgement, and deep experience in managing complex projects. Whether stepping in as a Line Producer or a Production Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining editorial ambition while ensuring productions are delivered on time and on budget.

You will combine strong business and financial management skills with excellent communication and leadership. The ability to navigate pressure, lead teams through challenge, and find creative solutions is essential.

• Proven experience as a Line Producer or Production Executive on large-scale, high-end unscripted productions.
• Strong budgeting, cost reporting, scheduling, and team management skills.
• Confidence in supplier negotiation, contractual processes, and compliance.
• A collaborative working style, with clear and calm communication.
• A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to support creative teams in delivering at the highest level.
