Senior Events Production Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Events Production Manager to lead the technical execution and physical production of the RSA's events programme, setting a benchmark for world-class delivery across in-person, hybrid, and broadcast formats. Working closely with the Head of Programming, this role will translate creative and editorial vision into seamless operational reality, from AV, staging, and shooting to supplier-management and show-calling - empowering the wider programming team to deliver high-impact, industry-leading events that captivate global audiences and drive Fellowship growth.

• Lead production delivery of the RSA's in-person, hybrid and broadcast events.
• Manage end-to-end event operations, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Oversee AV, staging, filming, live streaming and digital production.
• Manage supplier relationships, budgets, logistics and timelines.
• Develop production processes, run-of-shows and delivery standards.
• Act as lead on event delivery, resolving issues and ensuring seamless experiences.
• Work with the Head of Programming to deliver impactful events that support Fellowship growth.
• Support and mentor producers, driving excellence across the team.

• An experienced event production professional with expertise in live, hybrid and broadcast events.
• A strong project manager, able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Calm under pressure, highly organised and solutions-focused.
• A confident communicator who builds strong stakeholder and supplier relationships.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional experiences.

• Delivering complex live, hybrid and/or broadcast events.
• Working with AV teams, technical crews and production suppliers.
• Managing budgets, contracts, vendors and event technology.
• Collaborating with creative, editorial and programming teams.
• Strong project management, operational delivery and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of content-led cultural events and high-profile speakers is desirable.
