We are looking to connect with outstanding Series Producers to lead our creative teams across new and ongoing productions.

As a Series Producer at Box to Box, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering compelling, original series that demonstrate strong editorial judgement and creative flair. You will lead and inspire your team, managing relationships with contributors and stakeholders, overseeing production workflows, and ensuring the series delivers on time, on brand, and within budget. You will be confident generating and translating creative ideas into practical reality, solving editorial and production challenges as they arise.

• Proven experience as a Series Producer on high-end documentary or factual productions.
• Strong editorial instincts and creative problem-solving skills.
• Leadership skills with a collaborative, inspiring and supportive approach.
• Ability to manage complex productions, timelines, teams and budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with resilience and flexibility under pressure.
