Overview
We re hiring for a French speaking Customer Service Executive to join a leading, award-winning global export company with an enviable reputation in the luxury goods sector.
Location: London - Hybrid role - 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
Languages: Fluent French and English
Salary: £28,000 pa
Responsibilities- Processing of orders
- Liaising with French-speaking clients (B2B) by email and phone
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries (e.g., prices, stock availability, delivery queries)
- Liaising with other departments (logistics, etc.) to provide necessary export documentation
- Providing a first-class and quality service at all times
- Attending events and exhibitions when required
- Communicating with sales reps within the French-speaking territories
- Fluent French and English is essential
- Previous experience in customer service is essential – B2B experience is preferred
- Excellent at prioritising and able to work to deadlines
