The role requires you to be a fluent in French and Dutch to have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond to consumers in an empathetic, caring and friendly manner. you will also be required to have strong English second language capabilities. Skills required for the Multi Lingual Customer Care Advisor: ? Fluent French & Dutch speaker ? Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a wide range of consumers and members of the public ?
Excellent written and verbal skills in both Finnish and Swedish ? Ability to take ownership of each customer journey, anticipating needs and persevering to resolve cases through personalised solutions. ? Customer care experience, preferably within the food industry sector ? strong interest in food and foods for special medical purposes ? IT skills: ability to use Google Suite and Microsoft Office, strong typing skills.
CRM Knowledge such as Salesforce will be a plus ? Flexible to work shifts ? Self-motivated and a team player ? To have fun at work! Salary: £29,500 per annum
Hours:
Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm / Saturday 8am-1pm (40 hours per week) 5 working days Full training provided and paid for Great Working Environment Accessible by bus and Tube Company Benefits:
