Position: Night Concierge

Location: Welbeck House, W1G 9XE

Working Hours: Saturday & Sunday 1900 - 0700

Salary: £16,802 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

This role will be based at a luxury residential development located in the heart of Marylebone, one of London's most sought‑after locations. Consisting of 24 exquisite apartments, the development is located only a few minutes away from Oxford Circus and Bond Street underground stations.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Night Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

• Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
• Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
• Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
• Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
• Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
• Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
