Overview

Community Associate. You will be employed by a Regus Franchise Owner. At Regus, we’ve built the world’s largest workspace network so that our customers can work better, faster, happier. Responsibilities
  • Work closely with new and existing customers, solving problems for them and making sure they have everything they need.
  • Arrive 15 minutes before the centre opens to prepare the space and check there are no missed items from the cleaners.
  • Handle customer inquiries (e.g., WiFi codes, package deliveries, directions to meeting rooms) and assist with setup (e.g., projector) and service requests.
  • Manage mail and deliveries, and follow up with customers about outstanding items.
  • Coordinate with the Community Manager on events; plan and write invitations, create and post posters on noticeboards, and support event logistics.
  • Assist with day-end closing procedures and ensuring the centre is tidy.
About You / Qualifications
  • Strong multitasking skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Good communicator with the ability to build professional relationships and empathise with customers’ needs.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and find practical solutions.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
  • Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages.
