We are looking for a service‑oriented Account Manager to support our biggest institutional partners globally. You will be the key point of contact for day‑to‑day operational queries and complex issues for our white‑label, introducing broker and institutional client portfolio.
Responsibilities- Key point of contact for operational queries and escalations for your own portfolio of institutional clients
- Actively participate in partner development through education and regular communication
- Deal with client queries, resolve escalations, and investigate more complex partner requests together with specialists and relevant stakeholders
- Identify customer needs and act as the voice of the client within Saxo
- Own small projects to improve/develop services that result from customer needs
We are looking for candidates who bring a minimum of one year of experience in account management, middle office, or client‑facing operational roles within the financial industry. Strong communication skills are essential, and fluency in English is required—additional languages are considered a valuable asset.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates the ability to set priorities and act in a timely manner, and works with a structured, highly organized approach and attention to detail. A “can‑do” attitude, a willingness to take ownership and act as a self‑starter are highly appreciated.
