We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Corporate Relief Receptionist to support multiple prestigious client sites across the heart of London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in commercial real estate services and investment, where integrity, service, and excellence are at the core of everything we do.
As a key ambassador for our client, you will provide seamless reception coverage across various locations, ensuring a consistent, professional, and welcoming experience for all visitors.
About the Role:- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and stakeholders
- Provide high‑quality front‑of‑house and reception services across multiple sites
- Manage visitor registration systems, meeting room bookings, and enquiries
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception environment
- Follow security procedures, including visitor access control and escalation processes
- Provide flexible cover for core reception teams, adapting quickly to different sites and environments
- Annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks

- Proven experience in customer service or front‑of‑house roles (corporate environment preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and polished appearance
- Confident interacting with VIPs, senior stakeholders, and high‑profile clients
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, booking systems, and visitor management tools
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and responsive under pressure or in emergencies
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Flexible, reliable, and adaptable, with excellent timekeeping and attendance
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism at all times
