Location: City of Westminster
The U.S. Embassy in London is seeking a Temporary Telephone Operator to support their Diplomatic Technology team. Your role is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for callers and will manage domestic and international calls. You will assist American citizens in distress and help with IT service requests.
Successful candidates should have over 2 years of experience in a similar role, possess a calm demeanor under pressure, and be fluent in English. The role comes with an attractive benefits package including 22 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
