Working Arrangement: Full-time, office-based (Client Floor – Cannon Place).
The OpportunityAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Executive to join a leading law firm in London. This Client Services Executive role sits within a high-end client services and hospitality function and is responsible for delivering a five-star experience to all visitors, clients and internal stakeholders.
As a Client Services Executive, you will be the first point of contact on the client floor, ensuring every interaction reflects the firm’s professional standards. This Client Services Executive position is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who thrives in a corporate, fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities Client & Front-of-House Service- Deliver a five-star welcome to all visitors, clients and occupiers as a Client Services Executive.
- Act as the first point of contact in person and over the phone.
- Answer calls professionally and provide a personalised client experience.
- Handle enquiries and complaints calmly, escalating where necessary.
- Maintain a polished, professional and welcoming reception environment.
- Manage meeting room bookings using internal systems.
- Set up conference rooms including layouts such as boardroom, theatre, cabaret and classroom.
- Configure AV equipment including laptops, screens, projectors and video conferencing tools.
- Provide AV/IT support for meetings and events (training provided).
- Support internal and external events ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all client areas.
- Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures.
- Provide refreshments and support hospitality services.
- Handle ad-hoc requests including taxis, deliveries and flower orders.
- Assist with room moves, layout changes and equipment setup.
- Maintain equipment inventories and ensure systems are kept up to date.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks and client requests.
- Support reporting, logging and administrative duties as required.
- Work flexibly to meet changing business needs.
The successful Client Services Executive will have:
- Previous experience in customer service within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, service-driven attitude with a calm approach under pressure.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new systems.
- AV/IT experience is desirable but not essential.
