Location: City of Westminster

What you’ll do

  • You will be responsible for seamless service and discretion, ensuring an intuitive and flexible experience for guests during the evening, with an eye for detail, thoroughness and hygiene.
  • Guests sometimes have special requests involving set‑ups, additional supplies and special occasions; these requests will be fulfilled by Evening Room Attendants.

The operational hours of work are shift‑based and may be subject to change. Currently set as:
Monday to Sunday: 5.30pm – 10.30pm.

What you’ll bring Essential Skills and Experience
  • Attention to Detail – Spot small things that need cleaning or fixing.
  • Good Communication – Talk politely and listen carefully to guests and teammates.
  • Ability to Follow Instructions – Understand and complete tasks as asked.
  • Time Management – Work within set time frames to clean rooms or perform other tasks.
  • Team Player – Work well with others and seek help when needed.
  • Energetic – Be comfortable moving around, lifting, and standing for most of the day.
  • Willingness to Learn – Open to learning how to use cleaning equipment and follow safety rules.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous Experience – Worked as an evening room attendant in a 5‑star hotel before.
  • Knowledge of Customer Service – Help guests feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Problem‑Solving Skills – Handle small issues, such as replacing missing items.
  • Positive Attitude – Approach work with enthusiasm and a smile.
