Safe Deposit Associate – Harrods

We have an exciting opportunity for a Safe Deposit Associate to join our Safe Deposit team  role involves providing exceptional service in a discreet luxury environment.

The Safe Deposit Associate works within a team. Key tasks include granting customers access to their Safe Deposit facility, completing applications, carrying out customer due diligence, and collecting outstanding payments. Responsibilities also involve engaging with clients and building their trust in the Harrods brand.

• Build relationships with clients to ensure trust in our service and brand.
• Perform due diligence on customers and complete risk-based due diligence documents for review.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as producing invoices and answering customer telephone queries.
• Deliver world-class bespoke service to each client, keeping their requirements central.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Strong customer-service focus with internal and external parties.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and ability to balance priorities.
• Minimum supervision required – can work independently.
• PC literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Passion for learning and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
