Location: City Of London

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Advisor to join their busy dealership in Edgware, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional seeking long-term career development within a reputable automotive business.

Benefits
  • Basic salary from £33,548.00 with an OTE of up to £38,000.00
  • Hourly rate from £13.69 plus bonus

  • Stable Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with one Saturday in three, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Duties
  • Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact during the service process
  • Book in vehicles, accurately record service requirements, and update customers on progress
  • Produce detailed job cards and liaise with workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage customer queries with professionalism, maintaining clear and realistic expectations
  • Handle all service administration tasks, including documentation and job completion
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, supporting workshop productivity
  • Work schedule:

    Monday to Friday 8:00 am–6:00 pm, plus one Saturday in three 8:00 am–2:00 pm
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised, independent, or commercial dealership environment
  • Strong customer service skills with confident and clear communication
  • Excellent organisational skills and eye for detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfort working within structured processes and supporting workshop teams
  • Reliable team player with proactive approach to learning and development
