Our client, a leading motorcycle dealership in Chiswick, West London, is seeking a highly skilled Motorcycle Service Advisor to join their reputable team.
Benefits- Competitive annual salary of up to £34,000
- Working hours:
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis - 32 days annual leave, including bank holidays

- Provide expert advice to customers regarding motorcycle servicing options and parts
- Manage workshop bookings efficiently and liaise with the sales team about motorbike preparations
- Cost jobs accurately and raise invoices accordingly
- Assist customers with technical questions and vehicle maintenance
- Promote retention products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Support the smooth operation of the service department and contribute to a positive team environment
- A genuine passion for motorcycles
- Full motorcycle licence is advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar motorcycle or automotive service role
- Proficient IT skills, with experience using DMS systems such as Kerridge being beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting customer relationships
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively within a dynamic team environment
