Motorcycle Service Advisor

Our client, a leading motorcycle dealership in Chiswick, West London, is seeking a highly skilled Motorcycle Service Advisor to join their reputable team.

• Competitive annual salary of up to £34,000
• Working hours:
  
  45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

• Provide expert advice to customers regarding motorcycle servicing options and parts
• Manage workshop bookings efficiently and liaise with the sales team about motorbike preparations
• Cost jobs accurately and raise invoices accordingly
• Assist customers with technical questions and vehicle maintenance
• Promote retention products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
• Support the smooth operation of the service department and contribute to a positive team environment

• A genuine passion for motorcycles
• Full motorcycle licence is advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar motorcycle or automotive service role
• Proficient IT skills, with experience using DMS systems such as Kerridge being beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting customer relationships
• Highly motivated and able to work effectively within a dynamic team environment
