Location: City of Westminster
Open Table in London is seeking a UK-based Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service across calls, emails and chats. You will log interactions in Salesforce and own issue resolution while balancing flexible hours and a customer-first mindset.
The role requires strong communication, 1+ year in customer support, and comfort with Windows, macOS and iOS devices. Training will be provided; office presence is expected on Tue–Thu in London.
