The Pembroke Club in London is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to deliver exceptional experiences for members, handling restaurant bookings and member communications with a proactive, service-driven mindset.

As the first point of contact for members, you will maintain up-to-date profiles, work with CRM and reservation systems, and collaborate with reception and operations to ensure a seamless guest journey at every touchpoint.
