Maybourne Hotel Group is seeking a Retail Coordinator - Christmas Temp to support our ecommerce and hotel properties during the busy festive period. You will manage customer queries by email, handle delivery updates, returns and product knowledge requests, and act as the main contact between our gift shop and online customers.
Successful candidates are customer‑focused, with strong email communication, administrative or customer‑facing experience, and a willingness to learn.
