Location: City of Westminster
Harrods is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a fixed-term 6-month contract. You will be part of the in-store Customer Service team on the 3rd floor at Knightsbridge, delivering exceptional service to Harrods’ discerning guests across multiple channels.
You will resolve customer queries, liaise with departments, and contribute to a world-class experience that reflects our luxury brand. Strong communication and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential for success.
