urbanest is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join our head office in Covent Garden, London. You will contribute to the resident experience from initial enquiry through ongoing support, balancing customer service with sales enquiry management and rent collection.
Working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, including some weekends on a rota, you will engage with residents, resolve requests promptly, and uphold our values of integrity, development, energy, achievement and support.
