Latham & Watkins LLP in London is seeking a Workplace Experience (WE) 24/7 Agent to support customers in a fast-paced virtual setting via telephone, email and chat, four days per week, with one in-person day.
The role includes reception desk support, curating experiences for clients, delivering high-touch service, and collaborating across departments to direct inquiries to the right resource. Shifts are Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm.
