About the role

We’re looking for a part‑time, fixed‑term Events Supervisor who loves bringing events to life.

Someone organised, confident and hands‑on, who can lead from the front, keep things running smoothly and make sure every detail is taken care of.

You’ll be a key part of the team delivering everything from intimate Member events to larger, high‑profile occasions.

Why join us?

At Home House, how we work together matters. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in creating memorable experiences, supports each other when things get busy and knows that great events come down to great teamwork.

Make events happen

You’ll be at the heart of our events operation, helping to turn plans into brilliant experiences. From set‑up and service through to the final guest leaving, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and our standards are consistently high.

Lead from the front

You’ll support and supervise the events team on the floor, setting the tone and making sure everyone knows what they’re doing. You’ll be confident making decisions, solving problems and stepping in wherever you’re needed.

Every event is different

No two days are quite the same at Home House. You’ll work across a variety of events, from private dinners and celebrations to larger Member occasions and high‑profile events, giving you plenty of opportunity to put your experience to work.

Stay calm, stay organised

Events can move quickly, and things don’t always go exactly to plan. You’ll be someone who stays calm under pressure, thinks on your feet and keeps the team focused while making sure our Members and guests never see the behind‑the‑scenes hustle.

Be part of a happy team

We genuinely enjoy what we do and look out for one another. You’ll join a supportive team where everyone plays their part, good communication matters and your contribution counts.

High standards

We care about the detail. From beautifully prepared spaces and seamless service to the way we welcome our Members and guests, you’ll take pride in making sure every event feels effortless, special and distinctly Home House.

What we offer
  • Flexible casual shifts across a variety of events and services.
  • A friendly, inclusive workplace where you can be yourself.
  • Training, development and opportunities to grow within hospitality.
  • Competitive hourly pay.
  • Complimentary meals on duty.
  • 50% taxi contribution for late‑night shifts.
  • Full uniform provided.
  • Access to Home House and Home House Studio experiences.
  • Gym and retail discounts.
  • Stream pay support.
  • Opportunity to work in one of London’s most unique hospitality environments.

Welcome Home.
