We are seeking a highly experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable franchised main dealer in Exeter, Devon. • Competitive basic salary of £27,000 per annum
• OTE up to £36,000 with uncapped earning potential
• Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm, including a one-hour lunch break

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Efficiently manage service bookings and keep customers informed about repair progress and estimates
• Upsell additional services and parts to meet customer requirements and increase dealership revenue
• Maintain accurate service documentation and administrative records
• Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure all work is completed within scheduled times and to quality standards
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar motor trade role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of automotive servicing and repair processes
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
