Location: City Of London
Abel & Cole is looking for a dedicated customer care representative to join during the Christmas period. You will handle queries by phone and email, helping customers with accounts, product details, and seasonal boxes while showcasing warmth and product knowledge.
Training will be provided; no strict scripts, and opportunities to learn about other areas of the business. The role is fixed-term for 3 months with potential for permanency based on performance.
