Job Summary:
As a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Mandarin-speaking clients in the forex trading industry during evening hours over the weekend and during the working week. You will assist clients with inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. This role requires fluency in Mandarin, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of the forex market.

Monday - Sunday - Working Hours:
Shits between 8am - 11pm (max 40 hours per week)
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about forex trading platforms, products, services, and account-related queries.
- Assist with account registration, verification, and documentation for onboarding Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Guide clients on using trading platforms, explain basic trading concepts, and provide relevant technical support.
- Address client issues, concerns, and complaints in an efficient manner; escape complex cases as needed.
- Collaborate with compliance, sales, and other teams for seamless client experience and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to improve forex trading knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential;
English proficiency is also required. - Availability to work onsite weekend shifts

- Experience and knowledge of forex trading concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills, including multitasking and prioritisation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with good understanding of trading platforms and software applications.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy when dealing with clients.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
