We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join our client's reputable team in Camden, London. The successful individual will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth workshop operations. • Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

• Providing outstanding customer service and managing vehicle service enquiries
• Booking vehicles for service and repair appointments efficiently

• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar automotive role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
